1. Introduction
At Arise & Shine Unisex Salon, we value your time, trust, and satisfaction.
Our goal is to provide every client with a professional and enjoyable experience.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines regarding payments, refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations for all services and bookings.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a service/package from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
2. Appointment Bookings
Appointments can be made via:
- Our official website
- WhatsApp booking
- Phone call or in-person visit
Once a booking is confirmed, a stylist and time slot are specifically reserved for you.
We kindly request all clients to respect appointment timings and cancellation guidelines to help us serve everyone efficiently.
3. Cancellation Policy
a) Client Cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service charge.
- No-shows (failure to appear without notice) may require advance payment for future bookings.
b) Salon Cancellations
- In rare circumstances, if we need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen reasons (technical issue, staff illness, etc.), you will be notified promptly, and an alternate time will be arranged at your convenience.
- If you have prepaid, your payment will remain valid and can be used for the rescheduled appointment.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all completed services are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Haircuts, styling, coloring, or chemical treatments
- Skincare, spa, waxing, or nail services
- Grooming and other salon experiences
However, refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- You made an advance payment for a service that was not delivered due to salon cancellation.
- You were charged twice for the same service due to a technical billing error.
- A valid reason is reviewed and approved by management within 48 hours of service completion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7β10 working days via the same mode of payment.
5. Service Satisfaction Policy
Our stylists and beauticians strive for 100% client satisfaction.
If you are not happy with your result:
- Please bring it to our attention before leaving the salon, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue immediately.
- Adjustments or touch-ups are provided free of cost on the same day, depending on the concern.
- We cannot provide refunds or redos after you have left the salon or once 24 hours have passed.
6. Prepaid Packages & Memberships
- Prepaid packages, gift vouchers, or membership credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- They must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Expired packages cannot be extended or refunded.
- In exceptional cases (relocation, medical emergency), unused package value may be adjusted only after management approval.
7. Product Purchases
- All salon product sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.
- A replacement will be offered only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be presented for any product concerns.
8. Online Payments
- Online payments made via website, Razorpay, UPI, or card are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
- If a payment fails but is deducted from your account, please contact us with proof of transaction.
- Once verified, your payment will be adjusted against your next booking or refunded within 5β7 business days.
9. Special Offers & Gift Vouchers
- Promotional offers, gift vouchers, and combo packages cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or clubbed with other offers.
- Any misuse or tampering of coupons will lead to cancellation without refund.
